Well....today we did it, San Francisco....first we went down this winding, twisting, angled mountain road for about 40 minutes, then through a tunnel around the corner....and The Golden Gate Bridge was right before our eyes! It was AWESOME.
We did quite a tour of San Francisco. China Town, the crookedest street, the steepest street, Russian Hill, Fisherman's Warf, Pier 39, Haight-Ashbury. Quite the day. Do you know that you simply cannot make a left turn in this city?
We saw several bums, homeless, street people....they have great signs here! One man was laying down...had a stick fishing pole with a can hanging from it which said, "gone fishin'" (fishin' for money!) Next we saw a guy with a sign that read "need money for weed" then another who had a sign "need money for beer" no fooling around with these guys, at least they're honest with their needs, haha.
N and A saw a guy swallow a sword, we saw people painting beautiful pictures with spray paint of all things, it's quite a city! We're hoping to go back before we leave to sample some of the fine sea food!
Now, here are some photos for your enjoyment!!!
